About West End Bakery
Our History
Founded in 1928, West End Bakery has been a cornerstone of the Mishawaka community for generations. Matt Mammolenti and Dan Olson purchased the bakery in 2025 with the promise of continuting the recipes and traditions started by the Fobe family.
